I haven't gone to visit the vendors, but if you sort Torhead by "blue" quality, it looks like it's the expertise stuff that is iLevel 51, requires level 50, and shows a cost of 1 credit. Here's a sorting for the medium armor, for example:

So looking at the trooper stuff - man you can get a nice kick to expertise from that stuff!

Where are these vendors? I've looked on the Jedi Knights PVP vendor next to the trainer on corosaunt and didnt see any lvl 50 blues? It had the same stuff as the vendor on the fleet.

I am at work right now so I cannot verify, but I believe the vendor is located on Corellia.

Well, the same guy's post I read that told of these vendors now responded this morning that they are gone as of the last patch lol. Nice one, Bioware! Maybe they were some legacy vendor from beta they forgot to remove?

Regardless, you are probably better off skipping that stuff. Ding 50 with 1000 merc tokens, 1000 warzone tokens and 1 purple guardian bag. If you've capped the bag and tokens and are not close to 50, buy the heal consumables. Make sure you buy the ones for 10 warzone tokens and not the ones for 10 merc tokens.

A couple of hours after hitting 50 you'll have:
1 guardian bag (inventory)
5 guardian bags (merc/warzone token purchase)
Then I beilve you get this stuff from dailies/weeklies at 50:
3 guardian bags (ilum weekly)
1 guardian bag (ilum daily)
3 guardian bags (warzone weekly)
1 guardian bag (warzone daily)

That is 14 bags to open the day you hit 50. You'll probably end up with, say, 3 guardian pvp epics and some tokens and be on your way to purpl'in yourself out in short order

The pvp vendor next to the PvP quest terminal allows you to buy 10 merc commendations for the cost of 30 warzone commendations.
