Pretty much. Haz tanks at 11:00ish, the Renauds stack at 5:00ish, Kheo kites and hangs out on the 3:00 side and Ishata on the 9:00 side.

I think Ishata runs requiem on the adds.

FWIW, as a healer, I probably know even less of what's going on than tanks. I spend 90% of the fight with my back turned and only know adds are up when Haz says so or Adamant starts dying. XD

If you have Kheo kiting, and Andaris on the outside. You can have Ishata/Rowan in melee range. It will eliminate another person from attracting fireballs.

Andaris stays close to the boss, actually, 'cause his HP was not-so-much when we started T7.

I think he is still the one with the lowest HP, so its safer for him there. Fireballs can be pretty dangerous especially if Melusine gets buffed up

For what it's worth Mages take less fireball damage than Bards because they have higher Magic Defense naturally just a thing to think about.

Andaris standing still and casting instead of moving for circle blade = 3% damage. Maybe?

Thanks for the advice. For now, with Andaris having switched to BLM and not yet being fully geared, this is working okay for us.

I'm sure we'll keep it in mind when it becomes a little more practical for our group.
