*sigh* Again guys, I'm sorry. Classic case of us having to deal with someone else's screw up at work. I don't know whose ass needs chewing about getting this issue fixed, but I'm going to make it my goal to see that it's done. Even told my boss that I'll be the bad guy if need be; I do not mind. I'm done with having my personal time interrupted because of something that's not even our problem.
