PTR Drop 3 notes 1.1.3

Found these today.

I've only seen one other set of notes released back in August. This one seems to have that content plus more and dated Sep 18. Some things I noticed:

-Trophy kills for dungeon and raid bosses
-Even more meat for survivalist
-Max stats on crafted items
-AP/SP rune bonuses reduced
-Raiders can't immediately leap attack caravan in Malgrave Trail!

There's a lot to read, and some sounds like it's already been implemented (amp/tier upgrades a vendors).

Megaserver name vote ends today, so hopefully that brings us one step closer to this drop!
