How to Read Guild Chat

Apparently a ton of people have been missing a lot of guild chat because WildStar has terrible defaults.

To give the chat box a permanent background and make chat actually readable, go to Options > Chat and turn Mouseoff Fade off. Set the opacity to your desired level of invisibleness and enjoy being able to read things regardless of what the ground looks like!

There's font size options... but they don't seem to actually change anything. I don't know how it made it through all the testing and tweaks but I hate that we can't actually adjust the font or chat window size.

There's also an addon that changes the font to something more readable.

Does the game keep dropping anyone else's custom chat tabs? I keep setting up a dedicated guild tab but it seems to disappear every so often between logins.

Supposedly they fixed this in the latest patch.

Better font: Fixed chat log (also forces the profanity filter off and lets you read the other faction's chat)
Better colours: WoWChatColours (WoW colours are the default, but you can customize them)
