Good news I have internet in my Deployed location. Through not everything is perfect my connection here sucks. It took my almost 2 days to download the GW2 patch. I will try to log in once I get out of work tonight hopefully it will be play able if not well I at least can keep myself in the loop on what’s going on.
By the way I am currently downloading Planet Side 2 once that gets done I will also try and login.

Haha, nice.
One of my friends who deployed last year was able to play some MMOs.
The download speed was horrible, but once he got on he didn't ever really dc unless the internet just happened to go out.
He was in Kuwait though, so they had much better internet than most. :P

Good news looks like I can play Now I just have to find the time still it is nice to know that I can hope in and play a little bit when I want to.

Man what a crazy couple of months, laptop hard-drive crashed and had to send it in for repairs. Got it back last week, but thanks to the crappy internet here can't get GW2 installed.
Good news is I should be back home at the end of this month.
