I can't speak to GW2, but the original GW was a DirectX title. Of course, with Cider it's a fairly trivial process to get a DirectX game running on OS X these days. 360 uses DirectX, so that isn't a big deal to port. Porting to PS3 would be a very large undertaking, unless Arena developed the new engine with portability in mind (few do.)
