Fighting Mongooses static is looking for a BRD/MCH

Hey guys, I'm pretty new here but I figured I would post in case anyone was interested.

My static is currently looking for a BRD/MCH to replace our current one who wants to take the game a little less seriously for a while. He is still raiding with us until we find a replacement.

We are on the lower end of the mid-core range as a whole. We are currently working on A7S. I have been running this static since launch and most of us have been playing ffxiv together for a few years now. We had T5/T9/T13 down well before patches/nerfs but we never cleared A3S with the difficulty jump. The goal is to clear A8S before 3.4 and we will do everything we can to accomplish it.

Raid times are Tues/Wed/Thurs 9-11 EST. If someone is unavailable one of those days some weeks we try to pick up an alternate day if possible. There is also a possibility in the near future of starting 30 minutes earlier or ending 30 minutes later to increase our total time each week from 6 hours to 7.5 hours in hopes to push content faster.

Our static keeps in touch out of game with groupme (messaging app) and we are a close knit group of friends. I would say it's pretty laid back but we expect everyone to know their class and be on time with food/pots.
