Is your accuracy high enough that you never miss? If you missed an action because of low accuracy your combo gets screwed and threat can be an issue early in the fight. I remember in T5 once Jing went in and missed on his very first attack and then everyone died instantly.

If you watch the video closely, Adamant lost hate for a split second to Haz. It just so happened that it was the split second when Bahamut decided he needed to breathe on someone.
