So, it didn't give us a title or a tome unlock, but it was a fun fight. =)

I've done this event twice and still no Lord of Change. Things were different each time, though, so it's probably a matter of luck. The first time I fought 7 Furies, followed by 3 Champion Flamers, a Hero Firewyrm, and a Lord Chosen (possibly a Daemon Prince, but just counted as a Chaos mob). The second time was 7 Screamers, 3 Champion Bloodletters, a Hero Bloodbeast, and the same Chosen as before. I guess it's just the "fight increasingly more difficult Daemons" event.

After doing some more research, it seems this thing isn't a Lord of Change after all.

What level is THAT?

It's a level 39 Lord, the final boss of the final Empire PQ, i.e. the third PQ in chapter 22 of Chaos Wastes. It'll actually be a while before we could get a group together for it. Those "statues" behind him are also Daemons of Tzeentch, which takes up the last slot that I thought the Bizarro Lord of Change (as I call that thing that you did fight) filled. Meaning the BLoC doesn't actually have an entry at all... It does make me feel better, though, after thinking that they butchered the Lord of Change so much that he didn't even look like the accurate-to-the-figurine one that shows up in the opening.
