Great info for new players !
Here are my 2 cents...
1. you want to make a macro to blacklist the RMTs. Be careful, as this macro will blacklist the last person who sent you a /tell. Use it right after a RMT send a tell to you. So the macro goes like this : /blacklist add < r>
*No space where the r is.
2. if you do not want to see numbers from cures and DMG, even words such as STUN! popping at your screen when you fight.. go :
Character Configuration >> UI settings >> HUD >> uncheck boxx "Display flying text"
That last info was provided to me from G'artex Tia, and i wish i could of known way before lol.... TY again bro
P.S
I invite others to write here usefull macros or other tips regarding configurations...
Happy gaming !

Character config -- Control Settings -- Character tab
Look for inventories settings, make both expanded (yours and retainers) all bags in one screen.

Re: Great info for new players !
Apparently people also don't know that you can right click on and item in your inventory and select sort. You can also configure how this sort works in your character config? I believe dunno where exactly.
Also if you have 4 retainers as I do sometimes its hard to keep track of where you put things. If you right click on any item and select the function "Search for item" in your general default text box it will display where those items are if you have any on you or any of your retainers as well as the tab you have them in. This is great for any of you crafters out there.

Swiftcast Res Macro
Helped Ley with this in game previously. You can adjust the *raising* part to say whatever text you want. The is the player you have targetted, and se.10 is a sound effect. The wait 60 towards the end is to track when the swiftcast is off cooldown again and because I figure most healers will not be looking at chat for an echo message there is a sound effect as well. Depending on which healer class you are on and what cross skills you take, you can opt to remove either Ressurrection or Raise or leave them both there. The macro will still work even if you are missing one of them. The micon entry can be removed also if you would rather use a different macro icon or pick one on your own.
/micon Raise
/p *raising* <
t> <se.10>
/ac Swiftcast <wait.3>
/ac Raise
/ac Resurrection <wait.60>
/echo Swiftcast Raise is ready! <se.9>
