Since land is worth less, I am looking to sell my 16x16 in the pumpkin patch in northern Solzreed. I will sell it to guild for 500g. In order to have a farm in a pumpkin patch you must have zero farms or farmhouses anywhere else in the game. Once you have placed a farm there though, you can place new farms in many other areas.
It's located on the third tier on the cliff edge.
