(Yesterday ArenaNet announced that just because you signed up for the betas, it doesn't mean you'll get in.) Preorder editions are priced at $59.99, $79.99, and $150 for collector's edition. Also FYI it's not preorders... it's full pre-purchases. Meaning you have to pay for the entirety of the game up front in April (most preorders are $5-10 to reserve a copy for release).
Edit: I just wanted to clarify that since some people may not want to pay the full amount up front since most places won't take returns after you get your beta codes.

You know, I looked at the digital deluxe bonuses and hot damn, is this totally kind of not worth it at all.
The chalice of glory and tome of influence are both 1 time items to give you things you could get by just... you know... playing the game. The golem banker is kind of cool but it says it lasts 5 days so that will be gone shortly I'm sure. That makes your only 2 items the miniature and the mistfire wolf elite skill. The miniature is awesome, it is Rytlock after all, and he has Rurik's sword from the first game, the coolest sword and character ever, but the skill seems like it'd be pretty meh compared to anyone else's elites to avoid making it too overpowered.
Maybe it's just me though.
I agree about the two deluxe versions. I am going to pre-purchase the stripped-down version myself, which gives the benefits that I really want, like the betas and the 3-day head start.
Bee... having that elite skill on day one might make a huge leveling difference. Remember that you have to buy your elites with some kind of training points and some of them cost a lot. They are essentially giving you a free spell until you can afford to buy something better. It doesn't sound like much on paper, but I bet it could be extremely useful during early game. As for the rest of that stuff... you use it during your head start and get a jump on everyone, I guess. 5 days of golem banker means 5 days of not having to travel back to a bank when your bags get full :D
Oh I'm sure there are advantages, sure. I didn't consider just having the skill and all. Whether it's more useful than class elites, OP/banned in pvp, and other such things, like anything else really, remain to be seen at release. I just know I won't be getting it myself but I'm sure others might see the value in it.

Now I am a bit hesitant on that elite since I noticed that you have to be level 30 to unlock your elite slot (although it still stands that elites cost a ton of skill points, so you still get a free spell until you can afford a real one).
