First Footage of Guild Wars 2

The first teaser for Guild Wars 2 with ingame footage has been released, and I have to say: it's looking pretty damn exciting.

Guild Wars 2 is the successor to the 2005 pseudo-MMO, and features a new graphics engine, new playable races (Asura, Charr, Human, Norn, and Sylvari), and takes place ~250 years after the events of the Eye of the North expansion.

All i can say is WOOT WOOT i thought for sure this was going vaporware :P

I mean I don't know how to articulate these feelings/thoughts into English, and I just started learning Old Irish yesdter day. Two words I can say though.

which i have heard is based on opengl so maybe we will see a port to Mac or consoles?

I can't speak to GW2, but the original GW was a DirectX title. Of course, with Cider it's a fairly trivial process to get a DirectX game running on OS X these days. 360 uses DirectX, so that isn't a big deal to port. Porting to PS3 would be a very large undertaking, unless Arena developed the new engine with portability in mind (few do.)
