I backed this sucker during the original kickstarter event and I was curious whether or not there were any other people out there interested in this game. They are currently heading into Beta 1 and all of the initial class reveals have been finalized here. I loved DAoC back in the day and have some high hopes for this game. Right now I am preferring the Viking realm for most of the class choices, but who knows.
I'll be keeping an eye on this - that's all I've got until it becomes more available / more info starts leaking out
While I can't talk about a lot of the stuff, let's just say it's going to be really customizable and interesting!

i saw the "upcoming mmo" blurbs for the game, and it reminds me a ton of Shadowbane from the late 90s early 2000's. the game was vastly all about siege and pvp of player/guild owned cities that took actual amounts of time and investment to build up. this could be a lot of fun

This is the one game that might bring me back to playing video games again. Are you playing in the pre-alpha/alpha? I read that the first beta phase is coming in the next month or two.Quote:

It's dangerous how much that statement excites me, and I haven't even been following the game. Crowfall also has a lot of Shadowbane like features (and a lot of the ex Shadowbane devs).Quote:

I watched the crafting reveal from last month tonight. I'm nearly sold. I'd likely play a dedicated crafter as my main. They talked crafters having roles to play during sieges/rvr as well. It all looks promising.
I haven't had a true dedicated crafter character since UO.
Unless they go and Trion it, I'll definitely be there.
