I've collected and organized a spreadsheet of all of the plots going up for deconstruction between the days 11/9-11/15. This is specifically for Marianople. 16x16s rarely go up for deconstruction so please understand that there are not many to give out. On the other hand, there are a plethora of 8x8s that go up and I cannot hold all of them. I am actively looking for homes for 8x8s or volunteers to hold them until we can find homes for them.

First day is over. Was able to claim 1 plot and didn't get on until after the first two had dropped. Vipex paid his taxes at the last minute and got the last one. Tomorrow is a big deal, tons of huge land chunks popping up.
I'll be there for the 3 Rave lots at the very least, but I will be at work, so chances are minimal.Quote:

I've color coded his plots with "paid taxes" to indicate this. Also let me know of anyone in need of 8x8's in Marianople, not too many people attempt to grab them so chances are I'll have at least half a dozen 8x8's to give out. Ninjak, there is a house in White Arden on Friday I am going to be at a client site for and unable to get. I've been hoping to get it, it's a thatch in White Arden. If I pay you, would you consider trying to get it for me? I'll pay a few hundred gold if you are able to get it, it's right near my 16x16. I have the certs and a few thatch plans.Quote:

Yesterday I went and got a small house plan on mirage island, so I should be able to send plans the next time something comes up. Also, I ventured into Two Crowns for the first time last night and found a few plots they may be opening up later in the week. Very good results so far. We've attempted 7 plots and won 6 of them. With my ping I'd estimate I'm faster than 80% of players and Ninjak is quicker than 99% of players. There was one that demolished itself during Auroria downtime and I had thought it was lost but after searching I found the spot it once held, so that was a win in my opinion.
If you want/need land in Marianople, don't be shy, take an 8x8 because there will be plenty of them available in the future.

So, I got a noob question about claiming land. I found a plot last night that said the protection will end sometime on Friday, but it doesn't specifically say it is going to be demolished then. Would I basically be able to grab this plot if I'm there when the protection ends?
No, once the protection ends it moves on to the demolition stage where the owner has one more week to pay their taxes before it can be destroyed.
My plot is up for guildies if someone wants it. Preferably to someone who still has little to no land yet. Message me in game or on here, or post.
Thanks! That's good to know. I'm currently concentrating on finding a spot for my Thatched Farmhouse and then put down my 16x16 farm later on. So far, I like some areas in Dewstone and Two Crowns but I haven't explored everywhere yet. I figure I can limit my search to plots that seem empty....any other tips on finding demos?Quote:

Hey, I have 2 8x8 plots in Marianople in the middle of guild territory in east Blusterfield. One is next to Taura's house, the other is just a little bit further down to the mill by the bridge.
Rather than have these go up for demolishing, I'm thinking the guild would probably need these locations?
I've paid taxes to keep them protected, but I'm not planning to keep playing ArcheAge, so let me know here on forum if you want them and I'll log so ownership can be transferred.
