Guild Wars 2 preorders start April 10--preorder packages include all beta events and a 3-day head start on the game. (Yesterday ArenaNet announced that just because you signed up for the betas, it doesn't mean you'll get in.) Preorder editions are priced at $59.99, $79.99, and $150 for collector's edition. Also FYI it's not preorders... it's full pre-purchases. Meaning you have to pay for the entirety of the game up front in April (most preorders are $5-10 to reserve a copy for release).
Edit: I just wanted to clarify that since some people may not want to pay the full amount up front since most places won't take returns after you get your beta codes.
