So I'm sitting at work, doing work stuff, and I just realized this is the first job I've ever had where people refer to me as sir. All my work is done over the phone and remoting in to people's computers. It feels nice just to have that little bit of acknowledgement and respect. It also doesn't hurt that a ton of my clients are good ol' southern boys who were taught manners growing up. They always always say thank you.
