Sorry for the confusion. I am bumping our beta forums thread, since that is the main one that RJO asked us to focus on. (He said we just want to keep it on the front page now, it doesn't have to be on top.)
But it's great if you are bumping our threads on other sites since I haven't been doing that.

Trying to recruit a nice couple on Gilgamesh who sound like they would be perfect for our community.
Edit: Yay, sounds like they're interested. They asked to be contacted when we get on Gilgamesh. Names are Mog Chowder and Mog Soup. I'll contact them in game and follow up. Hope it works out. :)
Unfortunately I do not have access to the beta forums, but I helped in what little way I could by posting on ffxivrealm, mmorpg and upvoting the reddit thread.

Wow, the competition on the beta forums was hot today. Even with all our bumps earlier this evening we were around the middle of page 2 again. It's past midnight here and I've just posted my last bump for the night for the benefit of the PST folks. But it seems that we are going to need to keep a closer eye on that thread as interest in the game keeps building, especially in the day or two after each beta, when peeps start thinking "Ack! I haz no guild!" And it's so much easier when multiple people are bumping and we can play off of each other's posts. i did a little bump as we were at the bottom of the page, just wanted us at the top before the kids come on to bump their threads.
Beta forum bumping has been really active today, yay! Special thanks to our new recruits ezfusion and Xervuki (who gave us quite the testimonial, wow!) Remember, anyone can bump, just try to wait until we fall down to the bottom of the page (if you can hold out that long) so that your effort will have the most payback. If you don't know what to post, don't worry about trying to "sell" the guild (the guild sells itself). Just reply to what someone else has said to keep the conversation going.

I've just bumped it, which should last us for the morning. Since people are doing such a great job of pitching in and keeping tabs on that thread (and the others), RJO has asked me to focus on targeting individuals who are LF guild. So I will only jump in to bump that thread if I see we are down to like the third page (like it was this morning).
BTW, if you notice someone LFG on any of the forums who seems like a good fit for us, and don't want to contact them yourself, please post it in this thread or PM me. Thx. :)
Not a problem... whenever I remember to check it out, if I see the thread close to the bottom or any further I try to bump it. I bumped the mmorpg.com one yesterday as well... unfortunately I don't really use any other sites.

I posted on the two from the first link, but will try to follow up on Turbo who sports a history of EQ. I was with Thunderwalkers in WoW (who I still try to keep in touch with) and they had many members in EQ so he may recognize the name and have something in common.

Thanks to recruits Kayko, ezfusion, and dustkitty for helping to keep the beta forum thread rockin' the last few days. :up: (Especially Kayko for your helpful post and testimonial.) Admittedly, I still have a hangover from the end of beta afterparty, but am starting to stagger back to my post. Please feel free to share any LF guild threads (on any site) that seem to be a good fit for this guild, so that we can all hop on and go to work on them in our own special ways. :)
I have shared the guild information with my 2 best friends who will probably be joining us during open beta then launch. I do see that one of them has already registered, I'm sure his introduction will be coming soon. :)
