It's true that it will probably be faster to get him ilv90 gear from coil than from myth tome. Some levi ex could get him a nice weapon too. CT is only 1 drop per week, and until he get some weathered gear on his right side, he could always skip the oil and try to aim for some ilvl100 gear.
Any advice you guys have that will help me catch up is greatly appreciated. Helps me set up my game plan. :)
In the mean time, my Dragoon's at i86 with one Draklight ring and the Darklight pants being the only less than i90 items I have if I remember right. I'll double check that later to make sure.
And while I'm thinking about it, I'm going miss next Thursday (the 7th) because I'm going out of town from then until Sunday. I'm looking at a new job.
Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks again for getting me through Turn 5 last night. The "fireworks" after was freaking awesome too. I couldn't have asked for a better way to kick off my return to FFXIV than last night. :)
The Turn 6 fight, while hectic, was a lot of fun and we made some great progression on it. I'm looking forward to our next night in there.
what we doing this week? Gear farming for "Not Jon"? Levi? Ramuh? all easy fights honestly ;)

I'm down for whatever. I need to do Levi HM, never got that done before I took my extended break. Not sure how to get Ramuh unlocked but I'll look into that tonight.
You need to do the main story quest to unlock it. You also need to have beaten Levi ex and Moogle ex (both are easy).
Thanks Ishata. Just opened up Moogle EX yesterday so I just need to do Levi HM & EX then I'll be ready to rock.
If I'm around, I still need to do Ramuh for story as well.
