Ninjak, there is a house in White Arden on Friday I am going to be at a client site for and unable to get. I've been hoping to get it, it's a thatch in White Arden. If I pay you, would you consider trying to get it for me? I'll pay a few hundred gold if you are able to get it, it's right near my 16x16. I have the certs and a few thatch plans.

Rave paid his taxes. I logged as it was lunch time for me, so was shocked when no one was around and less than 10 mins to go. Checked, and still owned by Rave and paid up.

The three 16x16s were paid for at the last minute unfortunately.

Yesterday I went and got a small house plan on mirage island, so I should be able to send plans the next time something comes up. Also, I ventured into Two Crowns for the first time last night and found a few plots they may be opening up later in the week. It was in the northern part of the area near the coast...awesome location. I seriously doubt the taxes won't be paid judging by the state of the 16x16 farm there though.

Also, I guess I could try for the last 16x16 on the spreadsheet. Just depends on what happens on Auroria.

Very good results so far. We've attempted 7 plots and won 6 of them. With my ping I'd estimate I'm faster than 80% of players and Ninjak is quicker than 99% of players. There was one that demolished itself during Auroria downtime and I had thought it was lost but after searching I found the spot it once held, so that was a win in my opinion.

If you want/need land in Marianople, don't be shy, take an 8x8 because there will be plenty of them available in the future.

That's awesome! Do we already have a lot of land claimed by the guild close together in Marianople?

I've pretty much come to terms with the fact that I will need a lot patience to find good 16x16 or 24x24 land plots, but I'm happy with the 8x8 I have now. I'm still leveling after all, so I haven't seriously jumped into crafting and farming yet. My ultimate goal is to have a Thatched Farmhouse, large scarecrow farm, and eventually get a Bungalow but it's probably going to be hard to get those all in ideal locations.

I have 2 16x16 plans if either is needed to help grab land =) Also, I'd love a 16x16 plot in Mari if I can get one =D

So, I got a noob question about claiming land. I found a plot last night that said the protection will end sometime on Friday, but it doesn't specifically say it is going to be demolished then. Would I basically be able to grab this plot if I'm there when the protection ends?

No, once the protection ends it moves on to the demolition stage where the owner has one more week to pay their taxes before it can be destroyed.

My plot is up for guildies if someone wants it. Preferably to someone who still has little to no land yet. Message me in game or on here, or post.
