Witness to the incident stated that the larger green man in question (believed to be of Roegadyn descent) did not appear to be aware of the Lalafells actions. The witness also stated that the Lalafell appeared to have hopped into the predicament under their own doing.
Authorities have attempted to contact others of Lalafell descent for follow up information but were met with what appeared to be panic among the community. Officials have stated that while what appeared to be panic, they could not help to be drawn in by the sheer cuteness of this emotion of panic from the Lalafells (And this reporter has to agree, sure is cute)
The authorities remain in alert for any further reports. They do believe however, the Roegadyn did not initiate the attack and are seeking the Lalafell for further questioning.
If you have any information regarding a Lalafell in the pants of a Roegadyn, you are urged to contact The Aureus Knights
