It is, I checked some fight on Faust (and the oppressor) and it seems we need 6300+ combined dps during 2:45 min to beat it.
The mechanics of the boss is pretty straight forward (4 laser instead of 2) + poison puddle on the ground. But during the dps phase. There doesn't seem to have more movement than in normal mode beside a bit less room.
The biggest change is during the lift-off were it will target people to leave many puddles on the ground that will stay during the next dps phase.

It's 6800 combined dps to burn down the Faust mini-boss before he goes crazy and one-shots everyone.

Correction: Ishata is likely dead on here. Some numbers are inflated by AoE hitting the sturm dolls, so 6200-6300 is a reasonable estimate.
