just read this list of features they are supposed to be fixing and if it all goes properly it might actually be worthwhile to play it again
although i find this bug particularly amusing, Air pollution: Fixed issue where air pollution would appear to come from nowhere. Fix issues where your regional air pollution would be reflected back into your box for a double penalty.
We should plan a region for when this hits ... no sign ups or anything this time, just we'll open a region and play from the patch day
