Hey guys
NMS is landing this week and I know a lot of people are excited and we've had a lot of questions on what platform we are playing on. Honestly at this point there seems to be a bit of a divide. I thought I'd put up a poll to see where people are planning on playing.
So where are you planning on playing?
If iI pick it up it will be PC
Im on ps4. So far so stellar... or should i say interstellar?
I don't have it yet, but i'll probably pick it up and give it a go on PC once reviews and stuff come in assuming they're positive.
Just released a bit ago on PC. I've been following news here and there on it for a while, thought I'd wait for reviews, went ahead and picked it up. I love my survival games.
Id go with a landing platform, if you catch my drift to land that joke properly.

If you are going to buy this game, I'd highly recommend getting the PS4 version.
The PC version plays like a quick port that wasn't properly optimized or tested. There's also a number of "game-breaking issues", which are causing a ton of folks headaches, myself included. I've actually requested a refund from Steam, gotten denied because of my playtime, and filed for another refund.
I don't think the game is absolutely terrible, but it's bad for it's pricepoint. I've never actually asked for a refund before, but this is the first game where I think I'm actually due one. The resolution for my bug/issue is to wipe my save data and start over, with no guarantee it won't end up bugging out again.
I'd put an asterisk next to Ced's comment here, because people's issues with the game have been hit or miss. Aside from getting a FPS drop requiring a game restart every 5 or so hours of play, I haven't encountered any problems and I'm having a great time with it on PC. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
