Until you hunt your sanity away and are on a first-name basis with hunt marks, here's a dandy picture that shows who's where and what to look for. For each zone, from left is B-rank (solo), A-rank and then S-rank:

Wait you spawned the S rank in Central Than by eating a snack irl? That SE is getting pretty good with their S rank triggers.

Currently only way to augment (make i130) your Ironworks Armor outside of Final Coil.
