WTS Manor in White Arden

The house is close to the npcs and at the border of the hill. I also have 3 8x8s close to the house and an aquafarm in Two Crowns that I can include in the deal, if whoever buys the house doesn't want the farms I'll just let guildies take them.

I'm not sure if they will still be there after I sell the house but I have some bears on the back, 2 of them are males. I can also demolish if you want to build a different house.

I"m not looking for a crazy amount of money, I just don't want to pay for patron anymore and I would like to sell it to a guildie so make an offer! ;)
