Healing class discussion

I've been torn as to which class to play once early access hits. What are y'all's thoughts on the three healing classes and their associated play styles?

Personally, I've been leaning towards the either the Medic as the close in, brawler healer sounds fun, or the Spellslinger because, well, who doesn't want to play as a multi-dimensional, gun-toting space cowboy? The Esper does have some interesting mechanics, but I like the greater mobility of the other two.

Eh, from what I played, Esper is great for heals... But the single target heals are all stationary. This wasn't really a problem in Dungeons and adventures, but the video they put up on raids has me kind of scared (that spinning running thing anyway).
I only got to level 14 as a medic and only healed once (in DPS gear) and had trouble running out if focus, the skill tiers, which I never bothered looking at before, look like it'll fix that right up.

I don't like spellslinger. Too... active

Being more active is exactly why I'm leaning towards the Spellslinger.

I also really like the mobile, close in concept of the medic as it reminds me of the bear shaman from AoC, which I enjoyed despite that game being kind of broken.

The great thing about this game is that it each healer has a very distinct play style and feel, giving us options for how we want to play.

To be successful in raid though, we'll definitely need a mix of all three classes from what I've seen.

I've always played the esper type of healers. I think I will run a Medic this time. Thanks for the guides and links, it helped to reinforce my decision :-)
